Insane and edgy, these larger-than-life paintings can’t really be hung up in a cutesy frame on a living room wall. These pieces of art can only be truly experienced by walking down the streets they’re on - which makes them that much cooler.

Here are six pictures of jaw-dropping street art taken by the artists themselves:

We’re not even entirely sure how artist Matt Gondek managed to literally break Mickey Mouse down to the bone, but he did it and it doesn’t look like anything we’ve ever seen before. Colorful, unique and daring is exactly the content we’d like to see while walking down the street.

2. @dorianlynde | https://www.instagram.com/p/BcX3CTvl9zs/

Dorian Lynde is all about women empowerment and getting rid of the helpless, naive princess stereotypes. That’s why she took to converting an old wall into a stage for a new, modern princess narrative. Not pictured: Pocahontas, Jasmine and Cinderella also being #fierce.

3. @incarceratedjerkfaces | https://www.instagram.com/p/Bks6x9GFNHl/

Artist “Jerkface” is deservedly well-known for his colossal art on the sides of massive buildings. His overlapping and repetitive technique adds depth to all of his colorful paintings and we wish we could just jump right into them.

4. @sunra_ | https://www.instagram.com/p/Bz46Ympoici/

The size of artist Sunra’s art varies from corner to corner. Some take up the whole side of a building and some, like this one, are sweet, subtle accents that you have to look a little harder to find - either way, they’re totally worth the search.

5. @tomblackfordart | https://www.instagram.com/p/B0f8wMegc9o/

This graffiti art by Tom Blackford is morbid yet enthralling. From the impressive lettering to Mickey curving along with the steps, there’s absolutely no way this three-dimensional mural was done solely with spray paint cans.

6. @owendippie | https://www.instagram.com/p/Bx1GgR2ojPO/

With the help of @incarceratedjerkfaces, artist Owen Dippie brought Aladdin’s Genie and America’s beloved Robin Williams back to life. Although he specializes in portrait murals, we’re still in awe at the immaculate detail of Robin Williams’ adored face.

Make sure to give these street artists a follow to see which building they’ll be innovatively transforming next and tag us on Instagram @magicalmemoriesgalleries in pictures of any Disney street art you come across!

We know him as an insane old man who celebrates unbirthdays and makes random, weird riddles and remarks; however, we never really stopped to dig into the things he says. It turns out, the Mad Hatter is actually extremely wise and full of important life lessons.

We’ve all dreamed of meeting a Disney prince before. They’re so brave, so sweet, so strong… right?

Well, the news is although they looked great on our screens as kids, they’re not exactly the perfect, dreamy men we always thought they were. In fact, if we met them in person we’d probably be repulsed by most of them.
